New Post has been published on http://www.danielbrokstad.com/portfolio/alor-identity/alor – IdentityWe created a logo and identity for alor, a new network for work related issues to drug use and alcohol. The identity will help the network’s message is communicated to the following audiences: AKAN connectors, safety personnel, employees of the Human Resources / HR, safety representatives, union representatives and occupational health services. The circles symbolize alors many venues, the many people involved, and collaboration and sharing of expertise between them. The graphic elements are deliberately flexible and dynamic – both in form and color, just to make it clear that alor participate actively in the most vivid change.

New Post has been published on http://www.danielbrokstad.com/portfolio/bjergsted-no-fortune-cookies/Bjergsted.no – Fortune cookiesFor the launch of the Bjergsted.no website (as seen here) we had a campaign to tease people about the new portal being launched. Bjergsted.no is meant to serve as a cultural portal of events coming up, so people can have a good overview of what’s happening in the district, with the slogan “What’s happening, before it’s happening” – becase of this, we used fortune cookies to tease people of what was to come. There was 10 different messages in the cookies, such as “A great experience awaits”, “Come and try something new”, “Let yourself be carried away by emotions”, etc. These were handed out at the Stavanger concerthall, University of Stavanger and Maestro Restaurant.

New Post has been published on http://www.danielbrokstad.com/portfolio/bjergsted-no/Bjergsted.noWe created the new website for Bjergsted Kulturpark (Bjergsted Culturepark), www.bjergsted.no, 14 stages for music, dance, culture and performance arts in Stavanger, Norway – and now an online portal. To visualize the dazzling life of the park as well as creating a more interesting overview map of the park, we decided to create an illustration of the park showing different elements of the park, characters and a sense of exploration of all the content the culturepark will contain. On the website you can use a magnifying glass to explore the park. Posters, postcards and a catalogue was created in addition to the website.

New Post has been published on http://www.danielbrokstad.com/portfolio/oljedirektoratet/Oljedirektoratet: Recruit campaignOljedirektoratet (OD), The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), are looking for both new and experienced people to join their team decide how the oil resources in Norway should be used in the best way. It’s all about the environment, resource management and respect for the next generations to come. OD has a responsibility for all of Norway, and because of that we use a quote from our National anthem, “Elsker, elsker det å tenkte” which translates to “Love, love to think”, since they are looking for people who are looking to put their mindpower to good use.
For this campaign we had two spanish street artists, Pablo S. Herrero and David de la Mano, paint three walls with heads branching out as a symbol of thinking. The artworks were painted at the headquarers to NPD, The University of Stavanger and at The Science Factory. The photography of their artworks were then used in the campaign material itself.

New Post has been published on http://www.danielbrokstad.com/portfolio/buylogic/Buylogic identittyBuylogic is an independent center of competence which delivers Supply Chain Management to the oil and gas industry. We did the rebranded them, giving them a new name (previous name: ADB Procurement) and a brand new identity. Since they work a lot with sales, logistic and procurement, it’a a very exact business were everything is on the number, nicely stacked up and organized. We wanted to visualize this, through the stacking up for relevant items to their business. The concept was to have the personell and people working there stacked up alongside the items as well. The logo itself is very hard and strict, but still has round edges to illustrate the more human side of the process also, how it’s seroious and precise business but they’re still welcoming people.
We created logo identity, stationary, corporate notebook, posters and website for them.

I created the new visual identity for Ruben Hestholm, a photographer in the Sandnes/Stavanger area who’s mainly doing wedding/family/portrait photography. The identity was to be professional and clean, and show relevance to his field of work.
I’ve updated the identity with more stationary, as the new elvelopes and CD sleeve design having new cameras for display.
